Love working here in the wawa environment. It's the customers sometimes who make the experiences and quality of things hard by... rushing and complaining about certain things certain employees cannot control. My wife and I stopped there around midnight on July 10. The store was filled with customers. I counted at least 75 customers... while I was there. Good for management, but not so good for the lone cashier on duty. I would have taken a photo, but I didn'twant to invade the privacy of the customers. The young lady at the cash register was very professional, but she should have hadsome support. AT VARIOUS TIMES, I COUNTED 20 TO 25 CUSTOMERS WAITING IN LINE. This was ridiculous. I believe that there wereat least 4 cash register stations, but only one was open. The food was satisfactory, but I rated them low based on the poormanagement. HIRE SOME FOLKS, AND TRAIN THEM TO BE CASHIERS. Read more
Half of the chargers were closed. I waited there for about 25 minutes to charge my tesla and only one car had moved in that... time. With two more Tesla?s waiting in front of me in line I ended up leaving without a charge. I understand things happen, butWhen half the charges are closed that should be updated. Well I?m just visited this new Wawa in penrose ave near platt bridge ,very nice looking and I noticed it?s comes with chilled... beer parlor, Also outside there is electric car charging stations also.always good service. Read more
Recently opened WAWA location on pen rose Avenue. Got super excited to be here once I saw it from the other side of George C... Plats bridge. I took a long U turn at Island avenue and came to this new wawa location to experience it. Sandwiches weredelicious. Staff are friendly and nice. But unfortunately I didn?t like it much because of the overall presentation of thestore! Mercedes the "shift supervisor" needs a serious lesson on customer service. Accused me of trying to use a fake ID to buy a 6... pack of beer. Used the ID the past several years and am almost 40 years old. Wouldn't even try to consider her machine mightbe down just straight up said several times I was trying to use a fake idea. Btw several customers saw this and a few of themoffered to buy the beer themselves and offered to share with me. Read more
