The big dude in the drive through with the " pedoohile mustache" may be the rudest person I ever met. Order was wrong and he... said "oh well" . Don't worry, if you get any of the other gems that work here, you'll still get the treatment. This locationproves that note everyone deserves 15 an hour. Or 6. Or 2. The employees should probably just be taken care of by thestate. Why cany I just enjoy my fat boy food?!?!?! If you have any self respect, avoid this place. Go to McDonald's orsomething. The food was good and there's rarely a long line in the drive-thru. The service isn't the greatest. When I was waiting for my... food I was trying to ask for ketchup and napkins and the woman shut the window pretty rudely before I could get a word out. Read more

This is possibly the worst Wendy's in the Tri-State area. Avoid this location. We go because it is close and usually on the way... to or from where we are going. Every time we go here something is messed up. 10/22/22 we went here to grab something quick forbreakfast before a day of yard work. Ordered a number 9 Bacon egg and cheese and received a sausage egg and cheese. today on10/27/22 ordered a number 1 maple bacon chicken croissont with a sprite and received a sausage egg and cheese biscuit with aginger ale. Not only that but the workers are always rude. I spent 12 minutes waiting in the parking lot for two sandwiches anda coffee. Ridiculously bad service. Read more

Horrible service, stood in line for 5 minutes without anyone saying anything. No hello, no welcome, no acknowledgement. I guess... I'm better off seeing as they don't care. I'm sure that they don't care about the quality of the food, I most likely savedmyself from getting sick. Horrible place, don't go there. Read more

The service is good but the establishment never have anything. The ice machine been broken for weeks. They haven?t had the... strawberry flavor in a month. I don?t understand how these things have not been around this long. I think corporate need to comeout and fix these issues. Read more

It was about 9:00 at night and I was in a Drive-Thru because the dining room closes officially at 7:00 in the evening. That was... the first of the disappointments of this location I asked about the different size increments for chicken nuggets and I had toask the same question five different times to get an answer. I was not told the total as I was pulling from the microphone toplace an order I had five different girls that I saw waiting for my order not one of them said hello not one of them said thankyou While waiting there were three girls at the drive-thru window doing different things that I was highly unimpressed andextremely bothered First none of them had Nets on their long hair that should have been there as per City Health codes. Secondthere was one girl who was getting drinks put together for a customer behind me at the same time was drinking out of a cup andchewing ice and chewing something else that seems while she was putting things together for a customer! Extremely unacceptable.Two to three girls were on cell phones because they had nothing to do in the view of a customer in the Drive-Thru window. Athird girl was bagging food but could see part of her midsection and back from her shirt that was pulled up instead of down asit should have been. This is one of the worst visits I've had in a fast food restaurant and sometime!. No acknowledgment ofcustomer no care and concern for what can be seen from the customer's point of view. When I received my food there was food thatwas falling out of the containers into the bag. Well that's not necessarily the worst thing in the world it is very badpresentation! The employees here are ghetto, unprofessional and Rude the drive thru window employee gave me an empty drink carrier while I... waited for my 3 drinks. She got an attitude when I asked her if she could put my 3 drinks in the carrier so I can easily graball the drinks while I'm sitting in my car. She said "I don't see what the difference is" with an attitude and put the drinks inthe carrier. She had no common sense perception of any level of customer service. The fact the whoever owns this company allowsit to be ran this way is mind blowing. Some people treat people a certain way then act surprised when the establishment ends upon the news. Read more

To add onto my other review for this location there was also a Hair in my Frosty. I understand that kids getting a job at an... early age is a great thing, but managers needs to do better on helping them become more professional. At the end of the daythese kids represent this location and you, so why not invest time teaching your employees proper customer service and how todeliver good food quality. Read more
