*******PLEASE READ****************** After reading all the recent reviews, I have to agree. This restaurant is horrible and... it?s an indictment on Wendy?s as a corporation to keep allowing this. No ice for weeks? Rude employees, employees on theirphone, no change and cold food. I am NEVER giving them a dime again and I will make sure as many people as possible know howterrible the service is. I see complaints from 3 weeks ago about no ice. Still no ice? Who is running this place? DoesWendy?s Corporation even care? EDIT - I called the 800 customer care number TWICE since my bad experience and still have yet tohear from anyone! Rest assured Wendy?s will not ever get a penny from me again. I wish I could give it -5 stars for a review.EDIT - it?s been over a week and no one still has gotten back to me about this Wendy?s. The employees are very rude and need more customer service training. Any time I visit this particular location they are always... out of numerous items on their menu. I have given them many opportunities and each time it never gets any better. Read more
They have been out of ice for weeks now! Theirs is a bunch of kids that work there and all they do is play and get smart.... Advice: if u want to waste ur money visit ur bathroom and throw all the money in cause Wendy?s on hunting park is trash! Read more

the food is fresh and it is good. but on one occasion I had a very bad experience. I bought a chocolate frosty for my daughter... and inside the chocolate frosty there were many little pieces of an orange rubber, it seems that something broke inside theblender. I went back to the store and talked to the manager and they refused to accept what had happened, they were verydefensive. I also called wendys at customer service and made a report on that store and they told me that they were going toinvestigate and would call me back and they never communicated with me. Told me somebody already pick up my order. I show them the Wendy's app i order from. Some one came and showed the same order.... How is that possible. I'm pretty sure that was a lie. Tried to give me somebody else order with the same first name. They gavemy order to the wrong person. There was a door dash order sitting on the shelf with the same name as mine.
