Was here on Sunday trying to pickup my mobile order, and had to wait for 50 minutes from the moment walked to the store and out... with my order. It's sad how little people want to work now adays. The slowest service ever and the workers are just emotionless. I understand... your not at the most amazing job like like I always say then go to a place where you actually wouldn't mind being at. And YES!IM SAYING THIS because I used to be a manager for a McDonald's 6yrs I worked for one. The customer service is sad the wait timeis even more sad. Smh Read more
Immediately got a bad vibe from this place because the air conditioner is off or severely broken.. hot as ballz in this ball.... They didn?t have lettuce, on top of that they made the wrong burger! I guess because they?re entirely incompetent they broughtout an extra set of drinks. It?s really hot in here, Omg.. I had to wait easily 4 times the national average waiting time inline BEFORE I ordered! The drive-through experience is typically good but I wanted to sit down and relax. Bad day for that. theydid eventually fix the burger, so getting 2 stars, just kind of dissatisfied because they want to make this place likehome-away-from-home like Starbucks, but because of the excessive temperature it?s a bad time. This location could be a lot better if it was managed properly. Food was greasy and old, drink machines were busted up and... hardly working, location was dirty and it was overpriced. Staff didn't look like they wanted to be there either. I can'trecommend. Read more
If I could leave 0 stars I would. This location is absolutely atrocious, the drive through line didn't move for over 15 minutes... and when we got out of line to go into the store to see what was going on they canceled the order. Our food was then given to uscold, so we had the workers do the order over. The workers themselves were horrid as well. There was only one person on food,The woman at the register was constantly playing in her hair and touching food without gloves or washing her hands.
