I was excited to try the lemon pepper sandwich and fries and the sweet tea , just like getting a sandwich from popeyes, but boy... did I get it wrong, this was a real disappointment. The only thing I would get again is the lemon pepper boneless wings, butthe lemon pepper sandiwch was a disappointment and rip off for the price theyre making everyone pay, the fries were anotherdisappointment, and the sweet tea was disgusting. Girls that was working there acted like they didn?t want to work. One lady was taking our order while checking her phone at the... register and didn?t hear a word we said. I?m thinking it?s Sunday let?s order out. TERRIBLE IDEA. This is by far the most ghetto wing stop I have ever been to in my... life. I ordered my food at 3:22 online and arrived at 3:40 to pick up my food. When I got there with my 11 year old daughter thefood was not ready yet nor was I given an expected time. While waiting the staff members carried on running, playing, cursingexcessively and just overall rude and unprofessional. After about 45 minutes of listening to such language I politely asked thestaff members who continuously used profanity if they could be mindful that my 11 year old daughter was there I was given yetagain more attitude. Worst place to have a lunch break . I came out of urgent care hungry ready for lunch . I came in it was dirty floor was slipprey... and when i sat down tables where disgusting they cleaned with a dirty rag . And when i recieved my food my fries was drowned inoil and my wings were over the extreme limit of salt . I mean i asked for lemon pepper not salt and lemon pepper. Highly advise against delivery, including through any third party (DoorDash, uber eats ect.) because you?re not there to check... your order and this Wingstop faithfully forgets things every single time. My delivery order today had no Ranch, no blue cheese,my Cajun corn had no Cajun seasoning & my brownie was not included. 3$ refund via the delivery service, which does not make upfor them dry wings I ate with no sauces. You?d think that online orders would be the easiest because there?s no room formiscommunication, or entering things incorrectly so the wrong food gets made, they literally get a written copy with everythingyou ordered through the delivery service. Decided for a Friday night I wanted some wings and visited the Cottman Avenue location. As soon as I walk in, a young lady who... later I learn must be a shift leader/manager greets me as she?s sitting in a customer seat. No one is at the front to take myorder. Worse service ever. I walked in and got there were 3 girls sitting at the table. I stood at register for 10 mins and said is... anyone taking orders, one girl from the table in the dining area got up. I thought she was a customer.
