I was here July 4th 2022. Ordered for two and waited 35mins on our order. (only 1 other person in front of us.) The... workers(three, two males one female with long braids w wooden beads on the end) were literally watch TV instead of make ourchicken. We got up and decided to just get a refund due to having to be somewhere by 8p and the cashier who was kind, had tocall the Manger. Manager Mark told us we'd have to come back tomorrow for a refund. We proceeded to tell him that wasn't gonnawork. He "walked" the cashier through the refund..however it's now the 6th and my money still hasn't been put back on my card.Get rid of Mark he's terrible at customer service and if he's attitude has any bearing on the work ethic of the cooks andcashiers I can see why no body was working. Been to this location twice.. both times were bad experiences. Most recent was Monday 6/6/2022. The heavy set bul(probably the... manager) is a bs employee. I walked in with my daughter and he just looked at me and didn't say nothing. Then we be finally saidsomething, it was "What you need?" Didn't even ring me up because he was cleaning up a bag of cheese that he dropped. He thentold me to come back for the food in 8 minutes. I returned in 10. He's nowhere to be found. Just a female with long braids doingeverything by herself. He was annoyed so she was not getting customers and moving slow af. As soon as I leave the store, herecomes the bul telling me that my food was good be ready in 2 minutes. I ended up waiting dam near 15-20 more minutes. Food stillwas not hot. Restaurant was dirty with sticky floors and fruit flies everywhere though the don't serve any kind of fruit. They asked me to... sit but no thanks I was watching like a hawk. I watched a woman leave the restaurant bathroom with wet hands and dry them at thecounter where they were preparing food to go out. Another woman was eating her fresh fries next to her while prepping. My"large" fries were cold ???? and old. My chicken and fries to took 40 minutes to prepare even though store was basicallyempty.They were busy talking about their personal lives and cussing. ANOTHER ONE ?? to the collection! I made a large order of wings and veggie sticks and noticed the veggie sticks were missing,... the chicken were not tossed properly, resulting in it being under seasoned, bare and a lack of taste. I felt so disappointedbecause it?s a flavor I like. I couldn?t enjoy so I only eat a few.. the chicken is floating in nothing but oil and fat. I feellike this chain needs to reconsider its business model and try again! Soon it would go under. DON'T GO TO ANYMORE WINGSTOPS UNTIL SERVICE AND QUALITY IS FIXED. Already having issues with the upper darby branch since last... time I went and wasn't refunded my money. Went to place an order and was told 15 mins. Waited about 40+ mins for my order, whilethere was no professionalism as one employee was outside messing around with another person trying to jump start a car. Afterthe 15 min drive back home, found all items to be under seasoned and more than half the fries to be burned and soggy. (I addedsalt to the fries to attempt to eat them, i did not because they were gross) Which means they were probably old. So my wife ordered from their website, nothing crazy, it was a promotion party pack with a few extra things we added on, food... got to my house, we opened up the bag and started pulling things out to find that one of our items are missing, so I called thestore about 4 times because the staff let's the phone ring, my wife called another 2 times and finally someone answers and thenastiest rudest lady answers the phone and basically told us it wasn't her problem and that if I wanted my item I'd have to comeand get it, so I got dressed and headed to the store, again greeted by a kid working a deep fryer, turns out they're all kidsworking there, wet behind the ears, and don't know how to be professionals. I walked in to a disgusting store, I mean trash onthe floors, food in the kitchen was on the floor, mold on the ceiling, it made me nauseous, then come the lady, wearing houseslippers and a purse, turns out they never made the order so I thought, nope turns out she eats the food if it's left and whileshe's making it, gross, I honestly can keep going but I'm going to try everything in my power to get this store closed down forheath violation, and unprofessional kids working behind a counter.
