The food was good, hot and fresh. So how does good food still earn a 2 star review? The music blasting from a busted loud... speaker was songs that just repeated the same word for 3 mins ontop of white noise static. 9/19/22 I wish I had checked reviews before ordering from this store, it would have saved me the headache. When you get order... how do you know what flavor is what? I ordered 7 different flavors and no container has markings of what's what. On top of that,they didn't give me the right order. They gave me two large trays of two wet boneless flavor and two dry boneless flavor. I onlyordered Wingstop because of commercial during last week football game. This was closest store that was 45 mins to 1hour awaywith traffic. I ordered online and paid for it. Then I drove to pickup. When I got to store people were waiting and no onegreets you at front counter and you just stand there and wait for someone to come from back. Once I got home and started takingstuff out of bag to setup for football game I realized they gave me wrong order. I called store 10 times and no answer. I wentback online to contact them and all they had was a survey. I Googled corporate number and that was disconnected. It was too latefor me to take order back because I would have to deal with all the football stadium traffic and rush hour traffic coming backhome. I tried to make due with what they gave me and wet flavor I had no clue what it was. Dry flavor I think was lemon but itwas so SALTY you couldn't tell what flavor it was and fries were wet and soggy. Avoid at all costs. Ridiculous wait, loud profanity laced offensive music blasting throughout the store via the loudspeakers.... Ignored by the workers. If I hadn't ordered online and already paid, I would have just left my food. Read more

Sedale was the host today 8/27/22 he was very negative when I walked through the door I asked if the took Apple Pay he was very... rude with his response. I ordered a medium meal which I assumed gave a larger cup then the small ones that were next to thelarge cups unbeknownst to me it was an up charge for the larger cup because he never stated that to me, my response was did hewant me to pay the extra so that I could get the cup I already touched he then commenced to speaking to me with more attitudeand bad energy. Came here after watching a YouTube video/ad for best wings. Couldn't believe that Wingstop ranked the best on the video so we ... had to check it out. We ordered the 15 wings, half lemon pepper and half garlic parm, with seasoned fries and two drinks. Theorder came out pretty fast. The flavoring is on top of the fried wings. Size of the wings are decent and and flavors are prettygood. The seasoned fries has good texture and it's a bit sweet. The place has many seatings and many people come for pick upwhile we were there. It's in a shopping complex so there is plenty of parking. Read more
Ordered lemon pepper wings for the first time this summer because of the commercial and they were great. I went back to the... same store and for the past seven orders I never got a satisfactory order. The wings were always too small and the flavor wasnot mixed together if the flavor was even remembered. Twice they forgot to even put any flavor on.
