I went there around 11:00 p.m. at night and I did not like how most of the staff seem to be playing around hanging out I get it... if you at work and y'all bond with each other but it seemed like two of the employees saw that me and someone behind me wasstanding there and still continue to have a conversation and took their time coming up to the front to take our orders then itwas a 25 minute wait didn't mind but I ordered garlic parmesan chicken and compared to Buffalo Wild Wings it was not thatspecial and then on top of that it seemed as though that they were there for just a paycheck and nobody basically look like theyactually was enjoying their job and I'm like if you don't like your job find something that you're passionate about because itseemed like nobody wanted to be there and everybody wants to play around just to make it by being there Read more
We go to wingstop all the time in California LOVE it but we live in Pa and don't get down to Philly to often but we were in town... yesterday and HAD to stop at a wing stop .We chose this one better because it had better reviews then a few other local ones andwe were not disappointed.Im pretty sure there was only 2 people working and they were super busy but they did a amazing job witheverything...The service was good and the food was AMAZING everything cooked perfect just as good as the one in California.Sogreat job guys! The food was packaged very neatly, everything I ordered was included. Sauces weren't spilled, fries and vege sticks were fresh &... the wings were all plump & delicious. There is another wingstop closer to where I live, but I will travel the extra minutes toget to this one! Read more
Best tasting wings in Philly. All flats too!
When I first ordered food from this place, the experience was great. 2 times in the past, I have had great experiences. However... recently, my experience was not so great. I recently went in to order a gift card. They informed me they did not have any.(With a terrible, unhelpful, non-caring attitude.) This was after I checked online and couldn't find any way to get a gift cardonline either. Furthermore, I went all the way back home, placed my order for delivery and then when my food arrived it arrivedcold. I called back and informed them the food was cold. The woman that answered the phone answered with a nonchalant attitudeasking "What do you want us to do?" I kindly replied that I wanted my food to be delivered hot. The food being delivered coldwasn't entirely their fault. DoorDash delivered the food and the driver was just late, I suppose. However, I'm not entirelysure which entity was to blame for the cold food since I had placed an order for my food to arrive at 6:15pm. Additionally, Iwas missing a a side order from what I ordered. They informed me they would credit that back to my account. This was not agreat experience and the attitudes the staff gave made things even worse. Overall, I wouldn't give them a 1 start rating becausethat's not fair. However, I can say that the service that day was below average. So, of the different experiences I have hadhere, this was the worst. The other two great experiences makes it that I would not give an extreme 1-star review. Read more
Very Delicious & Well Done! Tuesdays are $0.60 wings, so I got 4 Lemon Pepper Boneless Wings & 4 Louisiana Rub Boneless Wings.... The staff is very friendly and the facility is clean. It is not overly crowded and you will not be waiting long. All wings aremade fresh! Read more
