Went in yesterday to see if they had a menu I could take with me. Slipped as I went in because the floor was wet in multiple... places with nothing there to warn people. Went to the counter, didn't see anything there, and couldn't ask because the personback there looked at me, and then ignored me and went about her business. There were two other people there, out front, but Icouldn't tell what was up with them (interview?), but the guy was too busy schmoozing the chick to worry about a potentialcustomer. I left. won't go back. Lazy and disinterested employees. Read more

In all my years, this was the worst fast food experience I've ever had. It took 45 minutes for a single sandwich and fries from... the time I ordered it. I was one of 3 customers inside. Maybe stop taking online orders if you can't even take care of thecustomers in the store. I asked to cancel my order 30 mins in at which point I was told "they already started making it". To topit all off it was probably the worst piece of fast food chicken. This is the first and last time I'll ever try Wingstop, especially this one. Read more

Went to this store today, hoping to get some dinner but all of the entire staff ignored us. They were all in the back and no one... came to the register to acknowledge us. One of them made eye contact with us twice, but nothing was ever said. The store wastotally empty, so there is no way that they were too busy to tend to us. I'm a patient person, so I would not have a problemwaiting if they simply said something. But, obviously they didn't want our business, so we walked out. Read more

Ordered a pickup order, only 1 person working the entire store and many people are waiting for their orders. Having 1 person... working during lunch rush is ridiculous. Hire some more people. My fries were cold and the blue cheese was watery. Read more

I live in Pittsburgh so whenever we visit Philly we have to stop at wingstop. I did an online order which was ready when I... walked in. Mobile order was quick and precise. The only downside was the soda/juice machine had very limited options. Onlyabout 6 of all of the flavors were in stock which kinda sucked but luckily ginger ale was still available. The food was hot,the fries were delicious. My husband, 2 kids and I enjoyed our meals. Read more

Never a disappointment. The wings always be bussin. Lemon Pepper the one!! I gave 5 ???? because of the manager in there... Maliquah. There was a slight mix up but she handled everything without an attitude and corrected the problem. (She told me thatthey didn't have my order but then she found it. Coworker took the slip and put it down and left for the night w/o telling her.)She made my order and handled everything with absolute professionalism. S/O to Maliquah at Wingstop on Oxford Ave. Read more

I honestly don't know why so many people wrote negative reviews about this particular Wingstop ,however guess people are... very fastidious about their how their chicken wings and food are prepared/cooked . I think that their food is quite sapid, appetizing, and delicious. I have ordered from this Wingstop on multiple different occasions and I will certainly repeat. I highly recommend ordering from UberEats. Read more

So I ordered twice from another store location, it was just made better. Here I unfortunately had missing items, incorrect... orders and uneven/over seasoning. It's not totally bad, I like the fries along with the bonesless wings. Cajun, lemon pepper andlouisiana spices are so good but the mango habenero is literally fire in your mouth! Read more
