They no longer take a long time to cook like they used to anymore. Great and hot food as always, best ranch, and interesting... concept... You can order Mexican, American, and Halal Soulfood from the same building. I love taking out from here! Read more
Frustrating and disappointing. Ordered and paid for delivery through the website and after an hour decided to call the store to... get an update. After 8 unanswered calls, I finally got an employee - only to have the employee tell me that if I ordered fromthe website it?s pickup only. I mentioned that I?ve paid for delivery and they said I have to contact wingstop.com to get itresolved. So frustrating to know that wingstop falsely advertised delivery as an option and charges you a delivery fee on top ofthat. Will never order from wingstop again. Read more
HORRIBLE SERVICE! I ordered with them about a month ago and they didn?t get my wing flavor correct, but I just thought it was an... honest mistake so I left it as is. Then last Saturday, I made an order and they canceled it. I have still not received my refundand every time I try to contact them no one picks up the phone. The taste and quality at this location is extremely poor. I requested 10 wings with lemon pepper seasoning. There was no... seasoning on my wings, except for a couple specks of pepper. I called the restaurant and they told me to contact customerservice. I contacted customer service and they told me there was nothing they could do because they don?t service this location.So no one would help me. Choose another location if you can. Read more
Wingstop is normally my go to when I travel because as a chain there shouldn?t be any, or little, variance. Let me tell you that... this wingstop somehow breaks the mold. My worst wingstop experience hands down. I don?t know how they make their ranch ther butit is not the infamous wingstop ranch, I think it?s just blended mayo with buttermilk. The wings were not even coated in saucethey just threw some at the bottom and then threw in dry wings. They don?t even peel their carrots! This location shouldn?t bein business. Read more
