Customer service here now is TERRIBLE. Had to wait 5 minutes for someone to at least acknowledge us. Once we come back to pick... up our food no one tells us our food is ready and it?s just sitting there as we are waiting 20+ minutes. Fries were cold. Musicselection being played is horrible. Even the person in front of us was waiting 40 minutes and he said his food was cold. Thesenew workers are trash and ignorant. If I could give 0 stars I would. Read more

Truly disappointed. If I could give it a 0 or lower I would. Worst experience I've EVER had at a restaurant. My 3 friends and I... went to Wing Stop after seeing a ton of great reviews online. We went for dinner and were super excited. We went in and the ladyat the register took our order. She had trouble running all of our cards through the card reader. We were given our receipt andsat at a table to wait for our food. There was a door dash driver waiting who left without her food and cancelled her order.Another man who had to ask several times how long until his food was done and was repeatedly told "5 minutes".... Obviously tookway longer than 5 minutes. After about 40 minutes we finally started getting our food. All food is packed to go even if wewanted to eat in. They never asked which we wanted. We got our food in our to go bags and sat at a table to eat. 3 of us hadwings drowning in oil. Hard as a rock. Hardly had flavor just a "spicy" aftertaste if you'd even call it that. One of my friendssaid his wings smelled and tasted like a chemical cleaner. Assuming they didn't clean out a bowl all the way from cleaning itbefore they tossed his wings in the sauce. The last of us finally got his food, even though he ordered first, his order came outlast and was given the wrong order. He only ordered 10 wings and they still screwed up his order. He went back up the the pickup window and spoke to the lady explaining the issue. She looked at him while he talked and then just walked away. TWO TIMES.Let him talk but never acknowledged him or helped him. Finally a manager (maybe???) came out to help and got him his correctorder. We all had a few bites and were absolutely repulsed. We saw a worker drop tongs on the floor and pick them up and startusing them for food again. As we were leaving (.... The food was good, but the service was f*$king horrible. Ordered online to prevent from waiting, ended up waiting an additional... 30 mins after the expected pick up time (of 15-20 mins). Then they didn't have any rolls (had to exchange rolls for additionalfries) and they didn't even place celery in the bag. This was my second time dealing with a long wait, and I will not be comingback to this location. Read more
SCAM. I?ve made an online order on 7th december, got to the store but it was closed. Employees were inside and having a good... time with music and dancing. For my question about my order one of them gave me a paper and asked to write down my order numberand name for refund. Today is december 16, still no refund, I stoped by wingstop one more time, got no answer about my money. Iwrote a request on a website, 7 days have passed, still no answer. The two stars are basically for the service and guy at register. On to the food. In this area it?s not super hard to put out a... product that stands out amongst the pizza-wings-cheesesteak-hoagie crowd of Philly. I remember they tried a wing stop down onridge further down. It was a long time ago but not sure how people can even pay for this stuff. It?s legit the same quality ofbagged chicken you could buy in the super market or target right near by. These portions are pathetic and won?t fly here. Mytotal was about 16.00 and that was 75% made up of fries. I?m not a small guy and I didn?t even finish the meal.
