First they had me wait outside the store for 5 min in the rain. Then when I went inside. I was the only person there and they... was doin they own thang. It took them Atleast 10 min to ask me if I want to order. Very disappointed in the staff. Verydisrespectful. And very rude. He had a big attitude for no reason like no body asked him to work here. I?m not gonna tel this tomy uncle. But hopefully he sees this bcuz he owns the place. Very poor environment.my good was not the way I ordered. I askedfor extra spicy. They put bbq sauce. How do you get an order wrong like this when I?m the only one there Read more

Always fresh and delicious. Anytime I?m near the restaurant or a Wok Works food truck, I?m pulling over.

I used to love this place but it has really gone down hill. The food is no longer consistent in taste. Everytime I order now... something is wrong even though I order the same thing. I did an uber eats order today and the bowls were completely wrong. Ontop of getting the wrong ingredients in the wrong bowls they were swimming in sauce I literally had to strain my food before Icould enjoy it. And since there was so much sauce in the containers, they leaked all over. Read more

The food is SO good here! I'm both vegan and gluten free and this is one of my favorite spots. First time I tried it I got the... rice noodles with tofu, veggies, and spicy orange sauce. Second time I tried the jasmine rice with the same additions. Food isgreat, only problem I have is that on the website's online menu it lists the Spicy Orange sauce as gluten free and vegan. Ifound out it actually wasn't gluten free from one of these reviews, tried calling to confirm but nobody picked up .. I have amild allergy so it wasn't the end of the world for me but it can definitely make someone really sick, so I would suggestupdating the online menu asap. Besides that, food is delicious, ordering is quick, and I will definitely continue ordering fromhere! Read more

I?ve ordered from WokWorks Frankford countless times and this time I?m very disappointed in my delivery. I clearly ordered thick... rice noodles but received a rice bowl. The sauce also was their spicy orange sauce, which contains gluten- however, I have agluten allergy and this is the first time I?ve ever experienced them messing up the sauces. As a result, I?m now dealing with amild allergic reaction and wasted food. Read more
