Oh my gosh, run don’t walk here! The food is absolutely amazing and our server was lovely. I had the chefs tasting menu and my... friends ordered a la carte and it was all superb. Second time going to Zama, and can’t get enough of it. An elevated sushi experience. Staff is well versed on the menu and make... great suggestions. Every bite of this food was A-mazing. Unique sushi rolls that I haven’t seen at any other place. Will begoing back again. Read more
We had the Chef's tasting menu. You get a paper what comes with it, and it was a nice experience. We also ordered the escargot,... Brussel sprout and bacon, and the short rib appetizers. The overall experience was great. We also ordered oysters which weregood, but I was not a fan of the shot sauce that it comes with. I would definitely recommend this place on the chef's tastingmenu. The tasting menu was incredible. Small portions but over 7 courses it’s definitely filling enough. Best dining experience for... Japanese food so far in Philly, better than double knot. Also if you’re looking for a more affordable option, they areactually pretty reasonable for lunch, close to $20/person rather than $50. Read more
First time at Zama and I would definitely go back. My husband and I did the chefs tasting menu. Price wise it’s totally worth... it. Much less expensive than other tasting menus you’d find in the city. Dishes tasted great and were of decent size. We didorder 2 other things on the menu so we were a good stuffed. Our waitress was nice and knowledgeable and plates came out at agood pace. Didn’t have to wait long between dishes. All in all I’d definitely go back. My BF and I had lunch here today 12/8/22. I ordered the Salmon Lunch Set and he ordered the Sashimi (I love tuna) Lunch Set.... We were extremely pleased with our food/wine selections, the ambiance, and the service!. Our server Penne, in her words, "likethe pasta" ???? was super professional and informative, as well she has magnificent energy!!
