I always get the boom boom slices when I see them. Also, their kitchen/grill food is very underrated.
So I order from Zuzu?s a few times a week. I love their Ethiopian platters but lately they been getting skimpy! Today I ordered... a platter and the sides were literally one small scoop! I called and a lady got on the phone saying that?s how it should be whenI?ve been ordering the same platter for months now. Also the platter was missing the potatoes and I wasn?t informed they wereout before ordering! Not worth the $9.45 and poor customer service around resolving issues! Ordered from here for the first time a couple months ago and then again this past weekend and like it. Food is very tasty and... good sized portions. Like a local pizza shop but with varying options including Ethiopian dishes, salmon or lamb tacos, etc. Sofar, I've tried the Salmon Tacos, Salmon Burger and Southwestern Chicken Egg rolls - all have been good. Now that I'm living alittle closer, plan on ordering from them more often. Suggest giving them a chance and ordering from them. Read more
I haven't tried the pizza, but the Ethiopian food is EXCELLENT. The vegan combo platter is my go to and does not disappoint.... I've gotten the wings and salad for a friend and she really like them both + the salad looked great. Seems like a family-runspot which I appreciate. Thisnis my neighborhood spot. I ordered a chicken blt wrap waffle fries and a burger. The wrap was very fresh, fries were a Lil... burned but still good. To my surprise the burgers come in 2s. Great prices. Fast delivery. Definitely will order again. Read more
A unique and delicious takeout spot. Yes, they have all the normal stuff: pizza, burgers, fries, milkshakes, and it's all decent... quality. But their menu also offers more exciting and unique combinations of flavors -- my favorite pizza combines chickpeas,lamb, and cilantro for an unexpectedly delicious taste. Great food and a good bang for your buck. Cant go wrong with zuzu's. The zuzu's burger was simply phenomenal! Even though we... picked up the food late and thus being slightly cold, the burger still stood its grounds. The combination of the double patty,aioli, onion ring, and egg was surprisingly good. And for less than $9, I dont think there's a better burger at that price.Definitely ordering again! Read more
