Poor! My order was wrong. No ?adult? kid meals. The burger patty is so small, thiner than a fry! I order a double cheeseburger... and open it up with only one patty. Told manager, she slaps another patty on, WHAT!!! Not even cheese. It is a doublecheeseburger! Read more
The workers were very nice and apologized profusely for what i am about to explain. This is not a review on the workers but the... store itself. The far speaker was not working. We watched 5 cars in front of us peel out angrily at sat lunch hour rush due toit. It was frusterating sitting there that long and not be waited on. We bumped into the line and ordered at the window insteadof getting upset. The workers were very nice about it and apologized multiple times. We then go to the pick up window to be told"to hold on maam" multiple times due to ONE hot mustard sauce. There was only 1 in the very bottom of bag for a 10 pc nugget. Weask for another one and were told to hold on until she ask management. For this woman to have to ask to give out 1 hot mustardat rush hour lunchtime is ridiculous and i am willing to bet that it is a corporate ordeal so it is money in their pocket andnot lost. I understand that it can add up quickly with millions asking for another sauce but in situations like today..wow justwow. I give the workers at the philipsburg location a pat on the back and keep up the good work guy and gals! The dining area was nice and clean. Bathrooms were clean. Most of the employees were very nice and the food was was. It came out... quickly. Only complaint was my mom's coffee was the wrong size. It was loud and the lunch rush was going but still managed togive us nice warm food in a timely manner. Read more

Was there for 20 minutes for fries and nuggets and there were so many employees stading around doing nothing while ppl were... coming in from the drive through demanding their food or refund neither which was given. Been here for over 30 minutes and my order is still "in progress" They have fancy kiosk ordering systems but they don't appear... to streamline the process. Instead it takes a half hour to get a burger and there is nobody to talk to to ask about your order.McDonald's on this trip has been a huge disappointment. Read more
This McDonald's is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I've been there quite a few times and not 1 single time have I... had even a mediocre experience. My advice. Go somewhere else. Also the staff all share 1 brain cell. Read more
