Second time I?ve placed a curbside order and the app doesn?t work to check in. So I called x5 and no one answered. Had to... unbuckle the kids and very inconveniently take them in. I LOVE THEIR MILKSHAKES. Never had one made with ice in the mixture.....and now I LOVE THEM.
Consistently the worst sheetz I go to. 5th time they gave me a spicy chicken sandwich instead of regular home style (I hate... spicy) and then I get attitude from them when I call to let them know of their mistake. Not to mention absolutely drowning insauces to the point of the sandwiches falling apart at least 1/2 the time. Single pack of ketchup for a cup of curly friesregularly? if you can go ANYWHERE else, do it. Don?t chance this half rate shame on the sheetz name. Read more
I recently locked my keys in a rental car while getting gas at this Sheetz. My phone, wallet were also in the car. The staff was... amazing helping me find a locksmith, provided me coffee and kept checking to see if i needed anything. The supervisor, Karen wasso kind. I watched them interact with everyone for an hour, they were the same way with every customer. Wonderful staff andcustomer service!!! Read more
Nice Sheetz right off is the roadway. Sometime parking can be tight when busy. Multiple gas pumps with all octane including a... couple diesel pumps. Inside is clean and modern with multiple ordering screens. The is self serve soda, coffee, and milkshakes.Store is clean and organized and lines move quick. Male and female restrooms.
