My family usually goes here about twice a month. We've had a few sub-par visits in the last 2 years but nothing worth... complaining about. We can deal with the dining room being consistently cold enough to eat with your coat on and the same 3-4annoying songs playing on a loop over the last 13 months or so. But when the food quality tanks, that's when I have a problem. Not sure how many people were actually working but there was only 1 person ahead of us inside. It took 22 minutes for us to getour order. I'm the only one in the family that ordered actual tacos, which turned out to be a good thing because the qualitywas terrible. See attached photos. I basically got taco shells. Lucky if there was a tablespoon of meat on them. I had fourof them. 3 were nearly identical and one was just a tiny bit better. It's just embarrassing. I ended up stopping at the drivethru of another restaurant to get something else to eat before we went home. I'm not sure what was going on in the food preparea today but anyone with the slightest bit of common sense wouldn't actually serve this to someone. Ridiculous. Read more

I think this is one of the most under used restaurants in Philipsburg PA which is unfortunate. The food is very good and... reasonably priced as well. The ultimate cravings box and the nacho fries box are some of the best menu items for exceptionalvalue and great taste. This Taco Bell is the second attempt for the chain in Philipsburg, PA. There used to be a Taco Bellwithin a KFC within walking distance of this location that went out of business some time ago. This Taco Bell restaurant isquite enjoyable to eat at. The dining room is especially casual, comfortable and quiet. I especially like the dragon fruittea from the soda fountain. This is a great restaurant to get in and out quickly and not put a big hurt on your wallet. Highly recommend for something different and delightful! Read more

Website doesn't work, employees don't pay attention., food never right. No training. Hair nets are not used. Long hair and... beards are an issue for hair in food. Manager Jordan does nothing! Save your money and go elsewhere! Worse taco bell ever!!!!! Read more
30+ minute wait time in drive thru with only 5 cars in front of me, 2 of which drove away prior to the car in front of me... getting to the window. After 10 minutes of the car in front of me waiting, I left without my order. Nearly 40 minutes totalpassed and I still didnt get any food. Even if only staffed by a single person, I find it a tad ridiculous that only 2 orderswere made, paid for, and given to customers in that entire time. That's an average of 20 minutes per order. Ordered some beefy burritos and a chicken quesadilla in the drive thru and was very disappointed with the results. Burritos are... supposed to be rounded not flat and these were flat along with the fact that my chicken quesadilla wasn?t cut like it wassupposed to be causing me to have to roll it to eat it. Also the burritos were missing the crispy strips. I ordered them with noseasoned rice which they followed that directive. The only thing that was right was my drink. Worst service I?ve ever had at arestaurant of this type. I hope the concept of a team effort and quality product get stressed to the breaking point with theemployees. Also my wait time in the drive thru was absolutely ridiculous I mean 20-30 minutes for ?fast food? certainly isn?tfast.
