Friendly staff. Good food. We had cheese curds, chicken sliders and onions rings. Everything tasted fresh and delicious.

Having been to the A&W in Phillip's many times in the last 18 years, I was VERY disappointed today. I took my grandson in,... ordered 2 Papa burger combos with 2 Rootbeer floats. Our meals came without fries. I went back and explained that I orderedCombos. The young girl taking my order charged me full price for 2 fries, no big deal. 15 to 20 minutes later, after watchingseveral other customer order, recieve and eat their meals and we still didn't get our fries. When we first arrived there thelady behind the counter asked for another order taker. This young girl came from behind with an attitude of why me! And itlasted while taking my order and reordering. Awesome food and quick service with a smile. It could use some newer aesthetic but it works very well for what they offer.
Ordered a chili cheese dog. Must have been microwaved for 2 minutes. Couldn't even bite a piece off it was so tough. Couldn't... cut through it with a plastic knife either and it had 3 times more chili and cheese sauce on it than it should have. The entirebun was covered and soggy. I threw it in the trash and considering my last a&w experience was nearly the same i doubt I'll everset for in one again. Also, bathroom doors were filthy.
