Where do I start. I just ordered food here (7/12/22 around 5pm) and first let me say, everyone is understaffed and I understand... that. There was a man who was new and training (I assume) and I am alright with how long he took, and with the questions heasked. However, this place was absolutely the worse Subway I have ever been to and that says a lot as I am from Chicago. Zoom inon the picture to see how dirty the glass is. What is not pictured are their disgusting looking vegetables. I listened whilethey messed up orders and did not know what certain ingredients were, and yes, apparently they are still out of meatballs. Therewas a dirty mop bucket next to the tables. I know it is going to sound a bit extreme but this place should not be opened. I feelbad for their employees but more importantly for the customers who do not have many options. Only 2 people working and one of them didn't know what she was doing. Didn't have some of the items on the menu. Paid 10.29... for a wrap! Read more
Went In today at approx 230pm, wanted CBR sub and. Meatball sub. We were informed none of the staff there know how to make the... meatballs. Very poor attitude on the young girl there and the boy (not eric) didn't say one word to anyone. Read more
Sandwich was put together completely wrong. Wasn't cut and everything was being pushed out of the middle from anything being put... on the ends of the Sandwich. Asked about cookies, was told we should have been there sooner cuz it wasn't their problem to makemore at any point in time the rest of their shift, it was 15 mins to 5 in the afternoon. Subway has been going downhill. They?ve cut back on meats they carry and service here was poor. The lady working rolled her eyes... when I asked for half the amount of egg and said she couldn?t do that. I told her it?s been done by others before and she rolledher eyes as she went to grab it. We asked for a sausage breakfast sandwich for our toddler and she was sarcastic when she said,we don?t have sausage that?s why it?s not on the menu. Wonderful experience! 2 workers on duty. 1 older lady, and a late teens, early twenties male. Both very friendly, welcoming. I... was unsure of how a banana pepper tasted, and he offered me one to try. The sandwiches were made quickly, and professionallywith no problem asking for extra veggies. I was so impressed with them that I left my change for them in the tip jar located atthe cash register. First time to Phillips and it's an absolutely beautiful town! For a great sandwich don't hesitate to stop atthis Subway. They has the buy 2 12" subs, get 1 free so that was an added bonus. Great job guys! Read more
