This place is absolutely trash!! I placed a mobile order at 5pm before the 6pm closing time and showed up at 5:30pm and was told... they were closed and our order wasn?t made. Awesome place with amazing pretzels cheap and the employees were really nice
The staff were super friendly but we got there at a little after 130 and they were not open (pburg Walmart - hours for auntie... Anne's says they open at 11). Came back at 2 and ordered. We were told it would be 10 minute wait for the rest of our order(had to wait for a large pretzel nugget and pretzel dog). We ordered at 201 and did not get our order until 225. Read more
I came here today to get 3 salted pretzels but they only had 2. I nicely asked if they could just salt a plain one. The girl at... the front desk has such an attitude. It?s never been a big deal before, very unprofessional. Read more

I buy these pretzels all the malls. The one in Phillipsburg -WalMart a few weeks ago gave me a "hard" pretzel and insisted that... this is the way they are supposed to be cooked. All of the other Aunite Anne's were cooking them wrong. The girl was horrible,and wanted to argue. I left and went to Pretzel Time. What a difference. Lately your store in the WalMart hasn't been verybusy - stale pretzels. At that price they should be fresh and soft. Read more
This place is awful! Very very bad customer service!!! When given a cold pretzel we simply and kindly asked for a fresh one and... we were told no. So we asked for a refund. After being very rude the one employee finally gave a refund. When asked to speakwith the manager they barely responded But eventually stated that the manager was not that there. So I asked for the name ofthe employee who was being very very rude and she refused to give me her name. I am greatly disappointed and I can't believethat customer service is so poor!
