I usually get their awesome pork roll, egg and cheese on a roll but I also grabbed a ham, provolone, onions with mayo and... oil/vinegar on a roll yesterday. I didn't get to eat it till today and like my sammies at room temp. I nuked it for like 10seconds a half and...damn it was good. I know some places too much mayo or oil vinegar or the roll is so hard you damn nearloose a tooth getting a bite but this was a good enough sandwich for me to write this so figure thar out. Anyway just wanted torecommend the pork roll egg cheese on roll and the ham provolone. For me it was top notch. I wanted to add I usually getdelivered but the few interactions I have had with the people working their have been accommodating, quick and helpful. Theyhave always tried to address any questions quickly and friendly. It has always been some sort of special request from me orwhatnot. I never had an issue with them. I ordered 3 bakers dozen of assorted bagels and cream cheese for my daughter's baby shower this past weekend a few days ahead... and I didn't think they would be able to help, they accepted the order with short notice, the lady who took the order was verynice and helpful, and the order was ready when picked up! Only giving 2 ???? even though I don’t always have an issue when visiting. I usually come pretty early in the morning... though(around 6:30am), so almost never anyone there. Visited today at around 10:15am. Only wanted to get 2 bagels with nothingon them. 3 ladies behind the counter. 3 customers waiting on orders & 1 family waiting to place an order. When I walked in 1 ofthe ladies told me if I wanted to order, the line was to my right (but I already knew that as I usually come in around 3 times aweek). When I told her I wasn’t ordering anything, she never asked what I wanted. Waited about 10 minutes for anyone to evenask what I wanted. After I told them, I waited about another 5 before another lady asked again what I wanted & put the 2 bagelsin a bag. Then I waited another couple minutes to pay cause 1 lady was ringing up a guy that came in after me but placed anonline order (understandable). This is not the 1st time I’ve waited for just a couple bagels with nothing on them when thereare 2 or 3 ladies behind the counter & not ridiculously busy. 1 of the ladies should be helping customers just getting bagels ina bag or lottery or such. Also, read the reviews about the rude lady with the brownish hair. They are dead on. Not my personalexperience because I would put her in her place & tell her she can keep her ???????????? & walk out. But I’ve seen her beingrude to most customers. Not looking to get anyone in trouble or fired but she should be talked to and if it doesn’t help giveher an ultimatum. She’s hurting your business. Turning people away. The only lady who’s always friendly is the older ladywith the curly gray hair. Never has an attitude with anyone. The owner says he cares & wants to improve & make customers happy,but obviously not because the rude lady has been there for at least 6 - 9 months or more & she hasn’t been put in her placeyet. I've ordered from this place a number of times since moving to the area and my order has NEVER been right. I asked for provolone... on my egg sandwiches this morning and got American. My dozen bagel order I've placed for weeks has NEVER been right. I don'tunderstand why they even list some of the options they have on GrubHub when they seem to not have them. Either that, or thepeople here have no quality control on their food whatsoever. Extremely disappointed considering I've tried to give them so manychances. The bagels are great even though my order is never what I asked for completely. The rest of this place has not beenworth my multiple attempts at giving local businesses a chance. Read more

First two visits were good. Quality bagels and breakfast sandwiches. Called ahead to order which saves a lot of time. Third... time there, I couldn't call in the order as their phone was busy. No customers at counter, just 2 employees cooking andtalking. One said "what can I get ya hon?" friendly, cool. I tell her my order and the other employee, that had been givingme a side-eye stink stare pipes up with "ya gotta order over there " while pointing at an "Order Here" sign 3 feet my right.Really? If both of my legs worked better (using a cane) it wouldn't have been as annoying as it was. Just hit me as rude and Ijust turned and left. Don't need that level of dbag that early in the morning.
