Average Burger King. Service was quick, food was ok, staff was helpful. In and out of the drive thru in less than 5 minutes.
After placing my order 3 times at the drive thru she still got my order wrong. I asked for a cup holder for my 3 drinks and she... looked at me as if she was doing me a favor and when I got home I was missing an order of French fries. From now on I'll just goto the other Burger King in Pohatcong. even if it's out of my way. Read more
terrible. still waiting, 20+ minutes in the drive thru with only 3 cars. they don't have my mobile order I placed before even... sitting in this awful line. asked three times.for ketchup. they don't listen. this place legitimately stole my money and told meto get lost about my mobile order. separate order I mad ended up being disgusting. awful. awful. awful. avoid at all costs. I normally avoid this burger King at all cost. But I decided to stop as I was in a rush and McDonald's line was huge. Well I'm... glad I did! The person who took my order and was at the window (Roddy I believe) was very kind and went above and beyond to makesure my order was perfect. The women working as well were amazing and made my food properly (I didn't catch their names) but Idefinitely will be back. Read more
Was just there, placed what I thought I was simple order. I got a bacon king, with fries, and a coke. The fries were way too... salty, and ice cold. The burger doesn't come with Mayo, which was on the bun. They very clearly tried to scrape the Mayo off,and severed the burger anyway. The soda was flat, and tasted like chemicals. The employees are disgusting, and rude. Gpshospitality clear doesn't care about the business they own. Both Phillipsburg locations are absolutely horrendous. Typica Burger King- busy at lunch and dinner time. Has a drive thru. Not the easiest parking Lot to navigate. There are better... burger kings and there are worse. This place is average. Remember- have it your way. DON?T BRING A TRACTOR TRAILER HERE!!! Read more
I?m not sure why this location can?t get anything right but their speaker wasn?t working and somehow that became my fault when I... kindly went to the window and explained to her that it was only static. I said hello multiple as well as patiently waited for aresponse when I assumed it was broken. Got an attitude that their stuff is broken. They didn?t even have coke a few weeks ago.What are we doing?
