Very nice at thos location and always gets order correct!!
Always go for decaf latte with extra cream and of course I have to have their egg and bacon wrap when I have my breakfast and... watching my weight I only get six Munchkins instead of a dozen notice or six donuts fills the belly gives you the sweet but notall the calories have to say the one in Kutztown on the main road in town is always prepared more than one on 222 by the 61Circle they usually out of things that's sad cuz that's a nice place to go to with a driver you don't have that in town Read more
I give this rating simply because of how they cheat their customers! Today and another occasion I have paid cash for my order... and when my change is due I've been told "sorry we have no pennies". Today I asked the cashier well who did you short you ormyself? She tells me you. I said no you don't. How do you make me pay more for my order because you are not prepared with properor enough change like it makes absolutely no sense why I should be okay getting my change shorted. I don't care if it's 1 centor 5 it's mine and you don't have the right to keep my money. Can I come short them when I don't have it? How many people didthey steal from when they withheld their change because they didn't have it? I spoke to the manager her first rebuttal was howmuch was it a penny? That's not the point cause if its just a penny why didn't you take the short? Then she wanted to blame thebank instead of acknowledging that this practice with withholding peoples correct change is not right. She then says ok I'lltell her to give out more money. The staff has ALWAYS been top-notch (courteous and friendly). If there's an issue with your order, they're are diligent in... getting it resolved. Even when there's a line at the drive-thru, the wait time is minimal. Additionally, the restaurant AND thestaff are ALWAYS well presented and appear clean, which is a factor that is of GREAT IMPORTANCE to ME. I would have given them 4and 3/4 stars ????, but the application only allows for full star ???? ratings. Read more
ehhh. it?s dunkin? donuts. service is. it always good but you get in and get out. check your orders to make sure you got... everything. not everything in the menu is always available. Limited flavors. sometimes the machine is down and not working. Read more
We switched to this Dunkin after having consistently terrible service at the one down the road. After a couple months of great... service every single time after has ranged from mildly inconvenient to infuriating. We went again today after a long break andit was a mess. The girl on the speaker was extremely impatient, when we got to the window the girls were loudly cursing at eachother (one complaining about the length of the line) got a look when I confirmed the drink (and received it covered in coffee)and to top it off inside the bag that said it would contain a non toasted bagel, was a very toasted bagel. Probably one of the best Dunkin?s I have visited. The service is always fast and they always get my order correct. The location... is very clean and the staff is always pleasant. There are many Dunkin?s in the area to choose from, but, this one seems toalways get my coffee order right. I visit this location every morning and have even gone at night before they close and thecoffee never tastes old. Highly recommend visiting this location. Read more
This Dunkin is rediculous I am done going there. Two different times I was ordering food and they told me sorry we can't make... food we ran out of gloves I was just there yesterday and asked for the blood orange drink and they said they were out ofwhatever they put in the drink I also asked for a French vanilla coffee coolata and the girl at the window said they were out ofFrench vanilla syrup.
