Ordered the Pumpkin Spice pancake combo. First stack was sent back for being undercooked, second stack came out the same exact... way. Told the waitress to just charge me for my eggs and bacon, I wasn?t going to wait for a third stack. Wasn?t going to waitbecause service was extremely slow and I had already finished the rest of my meal. Never once did a manager come over to findout why the first stack was sent back or why she was issuing a credit on the bill. The servers didn?t have stations and themajority of staff didn?t look like staff. Only saw two employees (both servers) that looked like they worked there (ihop shirtand apron). Everyone else was in plain street clothes, not even wearing name tags. This location is severely lacking in themanagerial department as everything was like a free for all. I was told the managers name was Linda. I think Linda needs to besent for extensive training, or replaced. If I could, I would give negative stars because my experience was that bad. Read more
Had to wait longer for the waitress, we over heard the one for our area didn't feel like taking more on, so us and 2 other... tables had to wait extra long. I got eggs, bacon and homefries. After 2 bites of the eggs, they had a off-putting taste, baconwas barely cooked and the potatoes were cold. Did not feel well for the rest of the day. Don't recommend this one. Been toothers that were much better. The table behind us even complained to the waitress they were not going back. Read more
Waitress was great. Food fast and good. Atmosphere was relaxing. Not to happy when I went to the mens room. Urine on the... toilet seat and floor. But it's not the restaurants fault that nasty people think that they are in their own home and that'sjust the way it is. Will I return... yes because the greeting, the waitress, and the food outweighs it all. Highly recommend. Read more
This location took over the clised Perkins location. When I first walkedin, I thought I was in Perkins except that the case with... delicious pies were missing. We were greeted and seated quite quickly. Our waitress was pleasant and cheerful. Our meal came outin a short period of time. It was tasty but just not a wow experience. Smaller portions than I am accustomed to having. Read more
Don't order poached eggs. They were more like soft boiled. Mine are much better and I'm a horrible cook. Also bacon tasted baked... not pan fried. Hash browns were good. Read more
I went there on a weekend and as usual ot gpt busy very quickly. Catching hold of my server got tricky because my order... specifications were not met first time. Server was great and replaced the order. Good and tasty food. I recommend this place. Read more
Our wait person was very friendly. I didn't think IHOP would pull through as they only had one person waitstaff working. They... did! They even had enough time to sing HB ! Food was awesome! I got the spinach and mushroom omelette with Swiss cheese andhollandaise sauce. Yum! Read more
Got there and there was a wait. As we waited a WWII Vet and his wife came in so me and Sue offered our seats in the waiting area... and then our place in the queue. Once they were seated the manager came over a seated us as well. We asked him to bring thecouples check with ours. The waitress and all the staff were awesome. The food was pretty dang good as well. Usually IHOP hasdisappointed with overly great hash brown potatoes or over cooked eggs. Not this time. They even gave us a discount when payingfor the other Veterans too. Never too late to say thank you to a Vet, even if you are one your self. Read more
