The employees at this establishment definitely need to work on their communication skills as a team and their CUSTOMER... SERVICE! Ordered 3:5pcsWing Combos and 1:4pcsTenders! They not only not give me an entire order. This place is filthy on the outside and the inside. If you have 30 to 40 minutes to spare, then feel free to dine-in because it... will take that long for the employees to take your order. Then add another ten to 15 minutes for your order to be completed.This was not a good experience, not a good location, and I will not ve visiting or recommending anyone visit this location. Read more
I have a large family so my bill is always heavy. I went through the drive thru and of course I checked my order before pulling... off. I was given 3 biscuits instead of the 6 I paid for. I went inside and explained what happened. Whomever told me she packedthe bag herself I was wrong. So basically I was lying. I spent $60 on food. Why in the heck would I steal 3 biscuits. Items were more expensive here than other KFC I've been to the chicken sandwich is usually 3.99 here it's like 5.49.
Definitely a difference from last time that I was there. The dining area was spotless. The service was friendly and in the time... it took me to eat my meal, all of the open tables were wiped clean twice. The employees all seemed to work together well and itlooked like they were happy to be there. The store must have an excellent manager now, because I've been there before and it wasa mess.
