For a chain, I'm always impressed by this place and today was no exception! Usually go to the one in Chalfont, but today I... wanted to grab something for breakfast so I got a burrito and some bagels delivered. Delicious! A little pricey, but what isn'tthese days. Food is great but service can be so inconsistent. Some days I?m in and out but today I was late for work because it took 50... minutes for two breakfast sandwiches. If they hire more help I?d love to give them a better rating but understaffing and slowservice is really something management should be addressing. If they can?t get anyone to apply, maybe try paying your workersmore :) Read more
Extremely Rude. Terrible Customer Service I made the unfortunate mistake of stopping in here for a bagel when I was working up... in the area. It was 2 PM and there were customers inside and outside still. The young man happily took my order and I went to gouse the bathroom. A lady followed me into the men?s room and said I was only allowed to use the men?s room because of COVID-19 Isaid OK no worries. She told me to make sure I clean up after myself and I said OK no worries. I came out went to pay and theowner asked me if I flushed properly and cleaned up after myself. I said yes don?t you think that is a little forward of you toask? And the woman followed me out of the bathroom to the front counter to pay. The owner then went to tell me that from goingforward I should be asking if I should I could use someone?s bathroom not just assume . I've been driving through Philipsburg for almost 20 years and I finally stopped at this bagel shop for the first time, it's the... only Manhattan Bagel in the area and wanted to give a try. I'm not a big fan of this chain but it was a good experience, thestaff was friendly and efficient, my order was taken and prepared right, not too busy to be a Saturday morning. Read more
Piece of advice to the staff: Don't argue with customers when there's a complaint, especially when it's your guys fault. What... really blows my mind is that for a bagel place they dont know what toasted means and have terrible attitudes when you try to getyour correct order. I used to go here almost everyday but they have lost business due to their awful customer service. Read more
