Horrible experience. This location can never get my order correct! The worst part is if you leave the drive thru then you have... to go back through the long drive thru line to get it corrected because the lobby stays locked. Once you finally ask for thecorrection they always insist on doing a refund and recharge on your card. Each time this happens the manager says they aretraining new people. The food is cold also. Unfortunately, at this location the crispy chicken patty on the deluxe chicken sandwich was undercooked in the center. It was... chewy and slightly pink and raw.. the outer parts were well-cooked and crispy. The tomatoes were drenched in mayo and wereflavorless, tasted like tap water and mayo mixed together so we had to take the tomatoes out. The service was good though andthe fries were on point. The guy who took my order repeated it back which is always a plus. however I ordered a burger no pickles extra onions and got... the opposite. luckily I'm not allergic so major crisis averted. Today I went to a coffee shop and was not please with their coffee so I went to McDonald's for their coffee. I keep forgetting... that McDonalds does have a pretty good coffee. At this location the gentlemen who took my order and payment is probably the mostupbeat happy person I have experienced at the drive through. He was very very nice and you can tell there is a smile behind themask. I ordered a large coffee and it was done perfectly as I requested.
