Last three times I have order from them or gone in person: 1) Ordered delivery and it took over 90 minutes and the food was... completely ice cold 2) Ate in but they were out of Ketchup which is something they should never be out of in the middle of theday (IMO). It also took them over 10 minutes to figure out how to apply a coupon. 3) Tried to order delivery again today and30 minutes after ordering (and showing the driver was already at the restaurant to pick up the food) the order was cancelledbecause some item was out. Not sure why it took them 30 minutes to realize this and it would have been better to call and letme know what was out and maybe just refund that single item (e.g., if it was the milkshake I would've still gotten the rest ofthe food). It seems each time I try to get food from them, the experience is worse than the time before. After three badexperiences in a row, I will definitely never get food from them again. Read more
Incompetent per usual, didn?t receive a small fry. Went back in to get and purchase more food and was denied the small fry that... they forgot the first time thru. Said we needed a receipt which we were ever given. All said and done we spent 40 dollars atthis place and they denied our forgotten fry lol . So now they get the dreaded one star . Read more
Worst McDonald's in the country, bad food , dirty , totally disrespectful management. I highly recommend not visiting this... place.. Gave them another chance, if possible it was actually worse. My bitten chicken sandwich ( I bit it) was returned as thecheese I paid for was missing, was taken over the counter, into the back, and returned the same way with a slice of cheese in aMcnuggets box. Manager could not possibly be any more disrespectful, she needs to be replaced Board of Health will see them OnOct 21st, and hopefully correct all their unacceptable behaviors Read more
I live near here so ha e been several times in the last year. Their fries always are too hard and taste burnt, we can never get... a decent shake and they are very unprofessional. If they weren't so conveniently located I wouldn't buy there at all. Read more
I knew it was going to be a bad experience the moment after I placed my order on the kiosk and then noticed the teenage... employees congregating in the kitchen area in street clothes talking and carrying on. It was at that moment I contemplatedcanceling my order and requesting a refund, against my better judgement I continued to patiently wait for a Deluxe Crispychicken sandwich and Lg Fries I payed a total of $9 for the for the pair and was extremely disappointed. Your average McDonald's, expect nothing special, what kills me about this location, is that you can spend 30 or more dollars get... four or more meals and they only give you one free sauce and charge 25 cents per sauce. as if raising the prices 25 to 30%wasn't enough, McDonald's needs every one if your pennies to keep the lights on. Hopefully the manager owner sees this messagebecause I will literally never come back to this location for any reason. Read more
