Went through the drive thru; ordered a sandwich breakfast sandwich with bacon, scrambled egg, and cheese. I then drove to work.... I went to eat my sandwich and there was no bacon. My receipt clearly stated bacon. This happened to me on two separateoccasions. I gave them a second chance after the first occurrence. I will not be getting breakfast there again. Read more

This is one of my favorite Panera Bread locations because they prepare the food quickly and my order is always... correct! (Hopefully customers will leave a tip for the workers, which is always appreciated). Read more

Saturdays are the worst! They run out of so many items. They didn?t have bagels, cookies, chicken teriyaki bowl, water bottles,... and even bread! The line was really long, but to wait for the food was even worse! There was barely any chicken noodle soup inmy bowl. I will not being going here on Saturdays again! Read more

"Help us save the planet, don't get plastic utensils!" Says the company who uses TWO plastic salad dressing containers for one... serving of dressing that could EASILY fit into one container because they only ever give like 1/4 teaspoon of dressinganyway..... fill the dressing containers all the way up! Pretty good soup though. 5 stars. Except for the dressing containerfiasco, zero stars. Also, the mac and cheese is the best, 5 more stars. But again, zero stars for the dressing thing...Can't getover that. Read more

You know I truly hope the owner as well as corporate see that paying over six dollars for this little tiny sandwich is... ridiculous. And the amount of time that we waited through the drive-through was horrible. If Panera plans on keeping the samelevel of sandwich size like this then you will lose many customers because this doesn?t even feed my three year old son. Read more

I just joined the Sip Club which is a pretty good deal for a monthly fee you can get their lemonade charged drinks in mango,... raspberry lemon, the only thing is it has a lot of caffeine. Most all the drinks in the Sip Club are caffeinated. Also you can'tget a Madagascar vanilla latte or cappuccino. Just bottom line plain coffee or tea or soda. The food is good but portions aresmall. A bowl of soup (onion) was $7. Overall it's a decent place, the workers are polite and pleasant. There is usually no longline at drive up and you can dine inside or outside if you wish. Their pastries are good, a bit high in sugar content, thebagels are good and I like their french baguette. I enjoy the Greek salad as well. Read more

This is the third time I've placed an order and received something completely different. I ordered a roasted turkey and avocado... blt, which I get every time from here, and received whatever this is. And it's labeled as the roasted turkey and avocado blt. Iordered it for delivery because I'm super sick in bed so I can't even take it back to get my correct order. Also can't forget afew months ago when I placed the same order and was delivered a bag with 3 pieces of bread and nothing else. If I'm going to bepaying over twenty dollars for soup and a sandwich, is it that difficult to check to make sure the food you're putting in my bagis correct? Read more

We visit this location at least twice a week. The food is good and the staff is friendly. If a meal is not the way it should... be they redo and make certain you are happy. Our favorite items at this location is the bacon egg and cheese on an Asiagobread, the oatmeal, cinnamon rolls, the chicken salads and the chicken tortellini. The selection of fresh bakery desserts, bagels and breads is what make Panera so good! The soups are very good too. Would recommend this location. Tip: make sure tocreate an account with Panera to receive perks. Read more
