Being pregnant, I was concerned about caffeine content and he was... very knowledgeable and willing to help me choose a beverage that was very refreshing and had just enough kick to get me homesafely. This place is always so slow. They only deal with one customer at a time so you can be waiting there while they are cleaning up... after the last order and they wont even acknowledge you. Today i had to explain what my order was because the woman didnt knowthere was just a chai tea and not a latte. We had a full 2 minute discussion about it before she finally understood. This store is nicely positioned by the exit of Target. They have most of the products you expect to see at Starbucks. The... staff are professional and friendly. It?s a busy area so the cleanliness level could be somewhat poor during busy times. Otherwise, it?s fairly clean during most of our visits. Read more
This review is for the Starbucks crew. Not only did they mess up basic drinks (3 of them) they also laughed in our faces after... messing up the drinks and making jokes of it. The members were females with black hair and one had red highlights. It is highlyunprofessional to act as such especially when I have paid for the services. Read more
