Spoke to a rude and nasty female over the phone about her putting cheese on my taco when I said no cheese. I just want to know WHY they got all this parking lot but yet have the tightest drive thru lane? We know taco bell is a munchie... spot lol open late for those lit nights. Poor customer service and experience. We ordered the veggie nacho party pack. It was made with meat. When I took the item inside... the store the lady at the register was rude. I explained my issue and she just walked away. Few minutes later came back with anew nacho pack. No apology and didn?t say a word. Talk about rude! I opened the nachos to find a poorly made product. We love Taco Bell. Some are better than others. The Phillipsburg NJ one is exceptional. It is clean. The food is fresh. The... workers are happy. They even will bring food to your table if they are not too busy. Great service. Oh almost forgot, thespicy fries with cheese sauce is so yummy. Read more
Was served pretty quickly compared to past visits. (Past as in, last year). Greeted with smiles. The place was clean. Food... was... well, normal Taco Bell. Read more
