They were getting ready to close when we were pulling in and my 4 year old was having an asthma attack. Our machine was not... working plugged into our car of course and we were on a 10+ hr rd trip. The slowest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. Their food is great. Restaurant is always clean. The cashiers are always... friendly. But I have never not waited 15-20 minutes in this drive-thru to get food. I’m also not sure why it have 2 windowsif only one is ever used. Read more
The establishment was pretty clean, the food was standard White Castle (as long as you realize the burgers may be soggy), and... fixed to normal. The fries were good, and contrary to the Beastie Boys, the White Castle fries don't only come in one size. Themenu is ample with various selections for picky taste buds. The only down side at this location was that the Coke machine, youknow the one where you can add various flavors and such to about 15 different drinks, were out of most flavors, like Coke andSprite. How can you be out of those? But it's White Castle. Decent food, much how you expect it, in a decent setting. Good for astop off the main thoroughfare and our second time visiting. So this was my 1st time ever at a white castle... the people that work her were super super nice!! Loved the customer service... experience for sure.... and I ordered 2 items... I got an original slider to get the original experience lol... and it wasreally a great burger! Then I saw that they fun chicken rings so I got those... very fun I really liked them... but flavor waslike thin frozen nuggies nothing special... The worst experience was in the bathroom... I saw that there was only 2 working atthe time... so it would be very hard for them to clean adequately to standards... so I suggest someone from corporate come byand help them clean up... it would have been a better experience if I didn't walk into that. After crushing all 10 of my cheeseburger sliders for the first time ever, all I got to say is bring one up to New Hampshire!... They will love it since this place has 10 dank sliders for $7.99. I had mine over the course of 3 days: 3 on Friday on my wayhome and 7 Sunday after I came home from Easter lunch! I will forever be part of Craver Nation! And on an end note when ever Ipass an exit and see a White Castle I will be getting off that exit. Read more

While I love the food, this may be the slowest and most poorly run location I've been to. I was charged for cups of water, which... is unheard of in the fast food industry. A manager was able to refund the drinks and gave me two coffee cups to fill with water.It took quite some time for the order to be made, about 15-20 minutes. When it was ready there was a mistake, though luckily itwas rectified quickly. Read more
