Menu for Gathering Together Farm in Philomath, OR

Last week we were in town for a volleyball tournament. We stopped for breakfast and were told there would be a 35 to 40... minute wait. We left and came back 40 minutes later--and waited another 20 minutes to be seated. After we ordered, wewaited for almost an hour for the food to arrive. The food was either cold or burned. Two of us for lunch with no reservations. We were seated inside, but took 30 minutes to get waited on because the waiter... explained guests with reservations got waited on first. When we got our soup and pasta, we sent it back because it was cold.Clearly food had been waiting awhile for the waitress after the chef served it up the first time. We ended up with a free pastrybecause of cold food. Actual food was very good one it got heated up. But took 1 1/2 hours on a Wednesday afternoon for a lunchof soup and pasta. Read more

I love this place. It is quaint and relaxing. Do make a reservation for dinner. Amazing food. So delicious. Would like a little... bigger portion though and would be willing to pay for it. The ravioli I had last night were so delicious but I only received 6or 7. I would pay more for a meal that would fill me up. 10 ravioli would be a good amount. Fun place. Read more

Delicious food but not sure it was worth nearly 2 hour wait! Got here at noon on a Saturday, they were busy. There were 4 of us... and the hostess told us the wait would be 20-30 minutes (they only take reservations for 6 or more). It actually took 50 minutesuntil we got seated, and while we were waiting we saw several groups get turned away. Once we did get seated, we had ourorders taken reasonably quickly, but it took 50 minutes from being seated until we got our food, and by the time we were servedwe were the last table to get our orders and the place had nearly emptied out (it was almost 2pm). The food was reallydelicious - I had an egg bacon and cheese sandwich and it was great, my dining partners had a pizza, bread pudding, and omeletand everyone loved their food. But... I?m pretty sure I?m never going to come back here unless I can reserve or come at anobviously less busy time - NOT on the weekend! Read more

This place is lovely. I had brunch here, and it was simple and delicious. The waitress was kind and attentive. The atmosphere is... like nothing else in the area -- barn-like, porch-like, cob-like. We loved it. Its my favorite place to eat out now. I also lovestopping in for fresh produce. Just has an overall great product and vibe. Read more
