This is the second third time my hashbrowns were forgotten. I am sorry but i find it unacceptable when these workers are making... $14 plus an hour and cannot count to two? Pretty slow to get through the drive through while the lobby was closed. Definitely needs more employees to keep up and running.
Just leaving this restaurant now after having to go back for my debit card because they didn't give it back when they had to... wait for only two beverages for more than 10min. This is rediculous. Horrible service and management. Read more
I ordered my family food this evening when I went to get my order I was told I still owed some money. I didn't realize Amazon... prime took money off my debit card. I understand being closed for maintenance, but if you accept an Uber Eats order (AFTER the revised close time) and there are... still people in the store when the driver arrives I would assume they would answer the phone or at least be ready to hand theorder over. Read more
I always order through Grubhub and it always seems that you guys never fully read each order when packaging, I am always missing... items every single time. I suggest maybe actually looking to see what needs to go in each bag I get that y?all need to be fastbut the least you can do is make sure your customers have all their items. Read more
Curbside service and drive thru is awful. Waiting outside for over 10mins and still had to walk inside to get my meal. It sad to... see that this Mc.Donald's wasted its resources on the building upgrades, what they should of done is upgraded leadership andtraining methods. Read more
