I ordered Mac & Cheese to go. What I received was furcilli (spiral) pasta with cheese melted over and bits of meat. I expected... Baked Marcoroni, baked in a cheese sauce. Absolutely terrible!! Once again disappointed by Mike?s kitchen. I should know betterby now. Should be NO stars. After exploring on the Rail Explorers, my husband and I decided on coming to the Alamo for lunch. I don?t understand the... positive reviews bc I ordered chicken fajitas with rice and beans and the chicken was flavorless and dry. The beans had an oddtaste like they were old. The rice was bland and texture was not right. Hubby ordered a chicken quesadilla and he got a veganquesadilla which was cold. I can keep on adding to this review but I?ll just leave it alone. The food was delicious and the selection enormous. They had three different menus with a whole assortment of food. One of the... things that really stood out to me was how prompt the service was. Our waiter checked in on us frequently and when we neededsomething he was there. Everyone was pleasant and polite. All three of us enjoyed our meals and we will definitely go backagain.
