Horrible Pizza. Worse than Little Ceasars. Real Pizza does not taste like this Cold, Greasy and Soggy. Sandwiches totally suck.... Very little meat and bread tastes old, mostly lettuce. Never ordering from here again... my order showed up completely inedible and when I called and told them how much my family... usually love their food but tonight didn't make the grade, the "Manager" who sounded stoned and completely un interested in myissue told me to call somewhere else to get my refund but he couldn't provide me with the # to call. He was completelyuninterested in anything resembling customer services. We ordered when we were able from you guys during the shutdown and I wishthe best for your delivery drivers... but this is how you lose loyal customers for life... titen up your ship Amelio's...honestly couldn't be more disappointed. These people have NO concept of time. I arrived and was told 3 minutes for my order. Cool. After waiting for 10, I get told... there?s another 5 minutes because they never cooked part of the order. Called in to place an order for delivery at 5:13pm. Ordered a large pizza, a chicken Alfredo pasta and 2 appetizers, was told 45... minutes to an hour. After an hour and a half called to check on delivery and was told ?driver just left, you should have it anyminute.? Called back 30 minutes later (2 hours after ordering) and was told our order ?didn?t exist.? Here?s the kicker - theyhad my address attached to my phone number, yet we just moved into this house YESTERDAY. So, they had to have entered itmanually themselves and yet they said ?nope, no order, must have been a computer glitch.? After asking more questions the bestthey could offer me is ?20% of my delivery? and we would have to start all over. Absolutely terrible customer service!! How inthe span pf 30 minutes does it go from ?driver just left with your food? to ?we have no order at all for you? and then the bestthey can do is 20% off ? save your money, save your time, go anywhere besides here. This is the best pizza you'll find for the price. It's really good. The appetizers are pretty bomb.
