I ordered the smokehouse sandwich plus curly fries and a Chocolat shake. Now mind you the manager was upfront working on the... chivalte shake machine but I didn't know that until I got to the window. The girl who took my order told me after I got to thewindow if I wanted a soda instead because the machine was broken for the chocolate shake. She then tells me she already chargedme fir the shake. I said have your manager resolve the issue, he is standing right there. He couldn't figure out how to creditback that part of the bill so he asked me if he could give me cash back for the makt. I said that's fine. The cash back was 4bucks and change. So how did the figure giving me a soda fir the malt was a fair trade. I had told them I had soda at home so Icertainly didn't need to pay 4 bucks for a soda. My question is why did the girl who took my order was not smart enough to tellme when I was in the drive up that the didn't have chocolate shakes at that time. Only thing good was the fries. Service was sloppy. No customers but they couldn't get my fries out with the food. My Philly... cheese steak sandwich was terrible. It was to wet and soggy. You can see it in the photo. The lemonade was the only good thing Ihad this day. Peach lemonade. Which you CAN NOT get a free refill with. Apparently no refills on those drinks. Even though itdoes not say they anywhere. I would not eat at any Arby's in the future. I should have went to wendys like I wanted. Fast foodis not fast anymore. Plus when you get it, it's not tasty. I went to this location on my lunch break because I usually love arbys gyros. I ordered a gyro meal with roast beef. Who ever... was taking my order was having another conversation with an employee so he didn't hear me and asked to repeat the order twice. Isaid roast beef three times while ordering and they still found a way to mess it up. Then when I get to the window the employeesare having a conversation about puke and vomit while I'm sitting there in the widow waiting for my order. This place is shady at best and my photos offer a glimpse into what it?s like there. Your options are very strong in this area... so you kind of have to suck it up and deal with a plethora of horrible options and customer service in this entire area of town.Seems like the curly fries are always steaming hot which is a bonus considering all the rest.
