I order from here A LOT and I always make sure to tip at LEAST 30% but my most recent order was a mess. The pizza did not arrive... and I had a feeling they mixed up the houses (because this has happened before). I talked to the manager who would not listen tome. He kept brushing me off when I explained that they probably mixed up the houses because they had before and he would notlisten to me and was talking to me in a very condescending tone, saying he ?has evidence? of a man coming out of the house toget the order. Even after a i explained that there were no men in my home. It was very frustrating but I did end up getting areplacement pizza for free which was very nice, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Very frustrating. Read more
Ordered in-store during the slower part of the day. The ticket gave a 30 minute wait time?for a sandwich(cold) and a salad. It... took about 20-25 minutes to get out with maybe one or two people ahead. I?m sure there were online orders as well but it wasdefinitely weird waiting so long. The food was really really good though, so no complaints there, and staff were reallyfriendly! Read more
I have always thought that Barros Pizza is extremely thick it's too much dough on their pizza... so I tried it again and yeah... still too much for my taste. Their wings are okay. They get a plus for keeping things so organized due to the Covid 19 withtheir social distance etc .. oh and they have a cute little toddler area. Read more
Now don't get me wrong I love their pizza. The only reason for the 3 starts is because of the cut job. Not to hard to cut a... pizza evenly but apparently it is for tonight's crew. Please take a second to cut pizza evenly. Now I get most of the foodbecause our family splits food evenly so there's no fighting umoungst us. But tonight there's fighting because of the threeslices i get. I get most of a ? of the pizza and there's four of us. Well I hope it doesn't get too bad because last time Jeffalmost lost an eye trying to get his fair share. But thank for trying well come back. Like I said we love your pizza. TTFN. Read more
Barro's is always good , prices and taste ! 2 drinks, medium half and half pizza , and small mozzarella stick .. only $21! Which... fed 3 people! (Two adults and a child) They do play NFL games here , which is cool. Read more
There's room for improvement. Me and another customer waited in line for two minutes til we stepped nearly behind the counter to... holler for attention. Staff kind of lazily walked over to attend us as if her chat was more important. The pizza was a bit onthe stale side, presumable so, because there is no turn around as the place was empty. You'd think every table would be spotlessbut there was unclean tables during an empty lunch service. If you got time to lean you got time to clean. This is not up toBarros standards so here's hoping next time is a better experience.. Bathroom was also out of order to top it off. Read more
