Nasty attitude from employees & the food taste better at the lopes way location

This used to be my goto place when I don't want to go to the Lopes Way location. However, my last visit here was very upsetting.... After waiting through a long line, I wanted to have them put the chick-fil-a sandwich in a box, instead of a bag, to prevent itfrom becoming soggy. I have made the same requests several times when I was at the Lopes Way location. They have told me that itwill be an upcharge if I want them to put the sandwich in the box, which is very ridiculous. I thought I had found a resolutionto this by ordering deluxe sandwich without tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese, thinking they would put it in the box. I was wrong,but did not believe that they would do anything to help. Other than that, my drink & fries were not filled up. I will be goingto the Lopes Way location moving forward, even if there is a longer line. Read more

Poor service from rude GCU students. Agree this location should not show on maps. Only students and guests are allowed on this... on campus location. They don't even accept the app for points! Read more

The female manager at this location was in the back where the food gets made without gloves, on her phone. Not covid safe or up... to standards. In addition was very rude and did not uphold chik-fil-a customer service policies. Read more

Delicious food but a bit pricy Ice cream isn't in a big cup anymore just in tiny palm sized cups????????.
