I ordered the pick three meal. The salad was pretty good, not just lettuce in a bowl. I chose the Big Mouth Crispy sandwich and... fries for my entree. This was my first time ever going to a Chili?s and I was super impressed! The service was outstanding! The staff at this branch... was very welcoming and friendly, made sure our food was exactly how we wanted. The waiting employees were truly amazing! So, we ordered takeout a couple nights ago and the order was not right when we got it home. I had ordered spicy shrimp tacos... but got salmon with rice and black beans. My friend ordered Cajun chicken pasta with the spices on the side and no garnish. There were no spices and garnish on the side. The people who take our order are always borderline rude. It's almost like we areannoying them. Geezzz, sorry! I came in today to dine in hoping for a better experience. I wanted shrimp fajitas listed onthe on-line menu but not on the dine in menu. Another disappointment. So I got nachos and a drink. $18+ dollars with tip isjust too much. The food I did order was ok but that's not the point. I can ear cheaper and better somewhere else. I went to this restaurant today around 1:00pm with my family on Dad?s day. I waited for about 6 min by the reception desk, but... no one received us. I didn?t have any reservation. About a 6 min wait, no reservation, not a big deal. The problem was notwaiting but when the staff was moving across and looking at us there was no smile, no one said someone is going to be back soonor something that assures that we will be noticed. We came in for lunch. Both ordering burgers. The bacon rancher I ordered. It was delicious. The fries are always "on point" for... those from today's generation. They had a nice selection of hockey and basketball on the TV. Our server Andre was an amazingguy. Very friendly. Its not offen I have a server who does more than just give me food and take my order, conversation andpersonality are why I like eating out. Chili's is hard to ignore as a nice little chain. They outlasted most of the Sizzlersfor a reason. Will be back for hockey and fries any night of the week. Read more
Easy to get to with ample parking. We were lucky and parked near the door. Enjoyed a late lunch with my son. Service was quick... and server was great. Food came out in a reasonable time.
