Went here on a Friday after a long day at work walk-in order to go. Order some food asked for NO CHEESE they messed that up on... my order! It was good I got the steak I should have got a Hamburger. Also I was charged for chips and salsa I'm a reward member. AND... WAS CHARGED for a drink but my daughter got a kids meal.we used the little pay pad at the table. I got the e - mail on phone later that when I seen the overcharge. Read more
If I could give this establishment negative stars I would. I was given the wrong order which took forever for a simple... quesadilla. After watching every table receive their food that came after us I was given a togo container with my food like adog just thrown in there no sour cream no toppings. The food is poor quality and poorly cooked. That can be overlooked, but the manager Jeff is a jerk. He can't take criticism or a... valid complaint. Acts like a spoiled child when confronted. I went to Chili?s to try the 2 for 25 deal. The food was very good. From the time we placed the order to getting the main dishes... was 31 minutes and 26 seconds. I set a timer because they were busy and I was curious how much time it will take. Even thoughthey were busy the waiter was on top of getting us drinks. I did feel bad because the tablet they had to use was insanely slow.I would see him click the button and have to wait seconds for it to load. I think the tablets could use improvement. I want tobe clear this was nothing the server was doing it was the technology he had to work with. The menu was redesigned in 2022 andwow the new menu design is horrible. I think they should call a graphic designer and maybe pull in a restaurant advisor to lookit over. The whole time I looked at the new menu I wondered if sales have gone down since they released these due to how hard itis to look at. Enjoyed my time there. I will be going back. Read more
3 stars for this locations to-go. Was parked for outside for 15 minutes after checking in. After calling in , man comes outside... and doesn?t wait for me into put my window down all the way and shoved the bag of food in my car. The molten cake wasn?t evenhot . Do better . Read more
