For some reason, most comments and critics written here are not in particular favour of this specific branch, but honestly I... cannot understand why. I ordered the other day a burrito with lots (tons!) of goods inside it, and it was absolutely delicious.Especially as it was hardly greasy but very fresh. enjoyed it much. Read more

The last 3 times I've been in its been bad. Will try a different location if their is a next time. Desert Ridge has all very... young workers that are slow & could really care less. Tables are dirty. Missing Dressing on salads twice. Mild salsa, blackbeans & meat weren't drained @ all on tacos therefore they were soggy & falling apart in 5 minutes when we got home. Slow and poor service here! This entire place looked to be run by freshmen in high school who were only working because they... were forced to get a summer job. They looked like they had no training for customer service. To be honest, I really don?t thinkyou need to be trained to smile and greet people when they approach the counter. Same for simple conversation skills; it shouldbe common sense right? When we approached the counter, we waited what felt like 10 minutes for someone to take our order. Twoguys were ?busy? talking about something unrelated to work. There was no ?We?ll be right with you? or anything. When the guy didcome to take our order, he didn?t apologize or even welcome us. The female cashier was also super stale. She just stared intooblivion while our group waited for everyone?s food to be ready. The food was not bad but the meat was pretty dried out. Thisplace needs an overhaul on training. I didn?t see anyone here that even looked close to being a manager and place had waves ofpeople who clearly looked upset that it was taking so long to order. I get it?s difficult hiring people now a days but you needa leader on site at all times. No one here looked like they cared about their job. I don?t plan on coming back to this locationagain. Steak Burrito was pretty tasty a bit gritty but overall pretty good. I thought $17 for a Burrito and a drink was a bit much
