The more I stop by the reason why I have now changed my 5 star to 2 literally really upsetting that as expensive the food is... that when you ask for a bit extra the girls behind the glass literally give you less. If I'm paying for it why?! What's theproblem satisfying your customers. If it wasn't for the customers she wouldn't have a job. I love the food, my little girl isobsessed but I'll always throw another food chain to her before giving in going here. And I only got her a bowl because I toldmyself I'll buy me something cheaper to eat and be happy spending my money else where. Read more
Decided to go to chipotle which I used to LOVE ! But now they are serving small sized burritos? Idk it seems a WAISTe to spend... money for something small when i can pay the full price and go to Julio Berto?s get a full size burrito. I got it with steak andit had to much fat!! Was there for an interview. Place was nice and well kept up. Especially during busy hours, they got the line down pretty fast. ... Employees & management are super nice and helpful. Restrooms are always stocked and cleaned. Lobby was the same. The food wasamazing, thank you to management for letting me experience my first taste of chipotle. Appreciate it a whole lot. Walked in and there's a couple customers waiting to be served and around 5 employees not doing anything to help. I asked the... girl cleaning if they were even open (5:30pm on Tuesday) and she sarcastically says "No. Sorry." I walked out and the employeesaid she was just kidding, but I told her I wasn't since no one is helping customers. Don't waste your time coming here. Read more
Worst customer service I?ve ever experienced @ Chipotle. Chad is cool, he usually rings stuff up. But the girl working had so... much attitude & made me feel bad for asking for more lettuce when they had run out. She was so irritated. I?m a very shy personand I had to speak up to let her know she forgot the cheese. She replied rudely ?I?ll just put it on the side? the whole entireexperience sucked just from the lack of good service & to me it?s such an easy job. Also she was barley putting any meat on thetwo bowls I ordered & charged me $8 to put a half scoop extra. I?ve been here multiple times and never had an issue! It feltlike a twilight zone episode. Anyways taking a break from here and trying another location. I hate how red my face got frombeing uncomfortable. Management please do better. Read more
I am very disappointed with the service , staff and cleanliness of this restaurant! This place was not sanitary to say the least... it was absolutely filthy and it seemed like the person that was in charge was cutting the meat by an extremely large pile ofdirty dishes very disgusting I would definitely think twice about eating here especially ordering your food here! The only bad thing about this location is the fact that who makes your burrito determines how much meat you get. No consistency.... The guys who work there are super stingy but the young women will remind you why you're paying 15 bucks for a burrito. If you goduring busy times homeless people will be in the shop begging. Read more
