I did not give this location five stars for two reasons... The staff was not friendly in fact they seemed a little annoyed that... we were there. This is my third visit to this location and for some reason it's always the same. The other reason I did notgive them five stars is the amount of food you get... It's bad enough they've raised the prices due to inflation but now they'regiving smaller servings. I ordered the same thing and it most Chipotle's give me 1 and 1/2 to 1 and 1/4 scoops of chicken in mychicken bowl. Every time I go to this location I get a little over half to 3/4 of a scoop. Just a pinch of cheese maybe ateaspoon worth and a sprinkle of lettuce. The last two times I've asked for a little more cheese the young ladies actuallyseemed annoyed as if I was at their house and they were having to share their food with me. I believe this will be the last timewe ever visit this location. Strike 3, you're out. Read more
Very disappointed in this location. Even though they were busy, when you see you're getting low on product,meat veggies etc,... refill it! Don't wait until there is none left and try to give a customer a few strands of veggies. The lady called out for moreveggies and the veggies were cold and raw. The bottles of Tabasco sauce were all empty and there was lots of trash in the areawhere you get your drinks, napkins, and eating utensils. I feel like I wasted my $12 today on a sub-par lunch. The customer service in the beginning was not very pleasant. I didn't appreciate being served a bowl of cold food. The only... toppings I requested cold was lettuce, tomato and cheese. The beans, rice and meat was cold. The chicken was over cooked and thesteak was fatty no lean meat. However the steak did taste good. I love the chips, when they are fresh. I may try this locationagain in the future but not anytime soon. Read more
I came here with my daughter, for her to try the soyfritas. The staff was friendly and we even witnessed a grandfather meeting... his granddaughter for the first time. Friendly vibe, and luckily plenty of parking. They were out of the juice extractors whichwas a bummer, but otherwise a nice place for burritos or bowls. Read more
I do like Chipotle, and two workers that were working did very well with how many people had come in. They held it down, so... kudos to them. I just didn't like the guacamole because I took a bite and there was a piece of avocado that still had part ofthe pit and the skin on. I thought that was the only piece but I found several pieces of hard skin still in. Other than that Iloved it. Read more
Service is great, price is good as well but I went today 11/27/2022 around 6pm and ordered take out; a bowl with white rice and... the rice was way too salty I can?t taste anything but salt. I?ve previously ordered a quesadilla and the chicken was too saltyas well. I?ve made my family try the bowl so they can let me know if it?s just me but no they?ve spit it out and have said it?sbeyond salty. I threw out my bowl and I?ve learned my lesson. Idk who?s in charge of making the rice and chicken but please goeasy on the salt! Absolutely disgusting. I will stick to the other locations and avoid this one at all cost. Read more
