We ordered online to go and I got the quesadilla meal with 3 sides. I ordered rice, beans and sour cream. When I got home to... eat, there was 2 sides of sour cream (no third side) and corn mixed in like they were dropping it in. I didn?t order anythingwith corn. Not even Chipotle immune to inflation and labor challenges? Food is generally yummy with the occasional mishap. OK for fast... food, but at their price point, it?s disappointing when it happens. Second time in a row we were shorted a queso side on ourorder. Maybe time to take a page from Rubios and let the customer do a qc check at pickup vs taping the bag shut when youaren?t consistently filling orders with accuracy. Also, chips were inedibly salty. Do not Door Dash with these guys. You will get half the food. I was shocked at how small of portions they sent us in the kids... meal and my steak quesadilla I paid 17$ for had two pieces of steak in it. We paid a lot for next to nothing. I frequent this location because their employee, America, is one of the few who truly know how to make the chips that I get... with queso or guacamole. I travel daily throughout phoenix and have gone to many locations over the years and almost always getover-cooked, hard, unsalted chips, sometimes they look like plastic and are rubbery and to chew them is horrid. Anyway, I don'tu derstand why people can't get this process down. It can't be that hard. Since this location opened I have not beendisappointed in the chips which along with the queso is my favorite lunch, dinner or as a snack. It's important to me that theyare made properly. All other employees and the manager are very nice as well. Never any issues. I called customer service(couldn't get corporate on the line) because of this and I hope the message gets relayed to the leaders she said she wouldforward it to. Read more
Chipotle is always a good place to go when you're hungry. Depending on the order (barbacoa burrito) you get a really full... burrito that tastes very good and is filling. Unfortunately, the employees are a bit difficult to understand because they mumbleinto the masks. The melon lemonade is particularly recommended. Read more
Food was good. Brand new location. Clean, friendly staff. They have a digital pickup lane and some agua fresca that I've never... tried. Within 5 minutes of the freeway, I'd rather do this for my quick road trips than some crappies microwave burger. Read more
