The stench in this store is beyond disgusting and can tell they are using something to try and mask the smell. Second the... bathrooms are always disgusting and not kept cleaned at all whatsoever. There is feces on the seats and toilet paper litteredall over the floor. I was in there today and I had to ask the employees for seat covers. The toilet paper is not even on theholder but just sitting on top of the toilets. Can you imagine them not cleaning the toilets and the toilet paper is sitting onthe dirty toilet. 620 N 7th St, Phoenix Carefree Hwy/7th St I've been coming to the store forever! This has got to be the worst and dirtiest... Circle K I ever been in! Always filthy, bathrooms are never clean, always dibris on all the the floors everywhere!! Outside thestore there are weeds everywhere, always a mess! Read more

I've been coming here for over 2 months, and the bathroom has always been in the same shape or worse. This store is a busy... location, yet, they can't seem to afford a plumber and someone to clean and maintain the restrooms? I don't understand thelack of care for your customers. Read more
It is 12:50am on March 2 2022. The Gentleman at the counter was very courteous and helpful. Being a handicapped individual, I do... not run into much kindness or people who go beyond to help. So I have been going into this store for many months now. This location is always so super busy but every employee has always... been so nice. Yes I have my favorite employees but none the less they are all great. There is this one girl (Christie) that goesabove and beyond to help any and all customers. If there is no manager (which seems to be that way all the time. She does 2ndshift) she is on top of what ever issue is brought up. If she can?t fix an issues she gets on the phone and calls the manager.Every time I am in there if there is not a line she is stocking cups, or making tea, or sweeping, or mopping. She will stop whatshe is doing at a seconds notice to help fellow employees or customers. I love when I walk in there and see her with her brightsmile as she greets me. Over all this store is amazing and I will continue to go in there daily. (3-4 times a day) I say if theydon?t have a shift lead or manager for the evenings Christie should be the go to for that position. And to all the otheremployees you all rock. Keep up the good work. Absolutely the best customer service I've ever gotten. I'm there every day, and have been treated respectfully every time. The... manager is obviously doing her job because her employees are the best. I always get help when I need it, always get the correctchange, and more circle k stores should be like this one. The store is clean and stocked at all times. The parking lot is cleanand the patio area is nice. Customer service is great! This is a very busy circle k, and it shows that there's been a lot of traffic through here. It's been many years this place... needs an update. All of the cashiers however, are always very friendly. Their parking lot is decent,.& Does have handicapparking in front as well as accessible curve access and access into the store as well. At night the lighting is okay. The storedoes have a beer cooler, however does not sell hard liquor so for that you need to go a few blocks down to the other circle k onAnthem way. Read more
