They just don't care. The young guys working here just don't care about your order or the service. Extremely rude and barely put... anything in the cup. It was $20 for three small cups!!! I had to ask for lids 3 times and they just tossed lids at me. Had Iknown there would barely be any ice cream I would have not needed the lid. Also had I known about the worst service Cold Stonehas ever provided I would not have gone there. I will never be going back. Go somewhere see if you want ice cream or evenstandard service. Terrible service, 2 young men and a younger girl. They were very rude. Along with gave me my ice cream with no mixed toppings... even though I asked for some. Then he proceeded to just dump some toppings on top, and didn?t actually mix them. The kids weretalking among themselves, and very rude. Paid no attention to the customers. Read more
Ordered ice cream two nights in a row. The one night the ice cream delivered by uber eats had very little to none of the extra... mixed into ice cream. The next night we ordered online and said it would be ready at 9:20pm but it was ready until almost 9:50pmdue to lack of staff. We called owner which said tough luck and blamed on everyone else excepted her store. Poor CustomerService. Terrible owner avoid this store at all cost. I will be calling the corporate office to tell how she handles the storeand customers. Read more
Went to grab some ice cream late a few nights ago. There was an immediately weird vibe when we went in, and it took a moment for... us to be addressed. The whole time, the two employees kept quietly talking to themselves, so we couldn?t hear, with a thirdperson on the customer side of the counter while they made our order. It didn?t really make for a very welcoming atmosphere. Ourone ice cream bowl, after a $1 tip and tax, cost over $9. It was tasty, and I know they mix in your ingredients unlike mostplaces, but I can?t imagine us going back again when the service was poor and we can get twice as much ice cream elsewhere forthe same price. Came in within the closing hour due to a hardcore craving of their ice cream for the last 2 weeks. I was attended quickly after... I arrived. I ended up accidentally ordering a shake, fortunately it was a happy accident as it tasted fantastic and I wasthrilled at the newfound discovery. The ice cream tasted wonderful as well and did not disappoint. Read more
