A yummy cookie chain! The menue changes weekly so get the app or check online to make sure there's one or two you want the week... you are stopping by. This particular location never seems to be too busy and the staff is always friendly. They have electronicorder kiosks at the front if you want to do that too. Makes it a little quicker if there is a line to order. Also, pro tip, theygive you a free cookie on your birthday if you have an account set up on the app. So, I definitely recommend you do that ???? oh my goodness are these cookies amazing!! Only been here a handful of times but my favorite cookies so far are Strawberry... Shortcake, Kentucky Butter Cake and the French Toast. Get the app and collect points (crumbs) to use toward future cookies.highly recommend these cookies. Read more

The service was fine but they do not give out bags with orders that have multiple boxes. I had a single cookie that they put in... a second box that fell after I left the store. I called and asked if they could replace the very expensive cookie and theyrefused. I get that it was on me but as a large chain they could have replaced the cooking and wrote the one that fell off. Most of the cookies I tried here were really good and a fairly good size. That said, not sure they are worth $5 a cookie. ... But, if you got money burning a hole in your pocket, than this place is definitely worth a visit. This place was so clean and organized. The employees were nice, fast & following a badass protocol. For illustration, I saw... somebody changing her gloves from delivering cookies outside and then going back to the kitchen. It made me realize that thesecookies were not just delicious but also made by Hygenic employees. Definitely, I would be coming back for more! And I wouldrecommend this place to a lot of people.
