We recently came the Tatum location for my daughters 11th birthday party and had an incredible experience. It was a busy... Saturday afternoon and we had been working with the events staff to book the party and get everything organized. Unfortunatelythere were some issues on our part and we didn’t finish the process to finalize the reservation. We showed up with guests andfamily and a large group and didn’t have any place to have it! Very stressful. Yamen Sirrieh the general manager was amazingand not only took care of us but he got us into the same party place we wanted to reserve including someone assigned to handleour group and party. A very large amount of games were either out of order/broken or would take your tokens and not start the game. It's very dirty,... one container of sanitizing wipes for the entire upstairs. This place is completely overpriced for what is being offered. $3activation fee for every card purchased, that's not mentioned until right before they charge your card. We were going to add thevirtual reality for $6 but it would have been an additional $3 for activation on a card that's already been activated, are youkidding?! Read more
The food at this place used to be a bit better. This is all just wholesale frozen foods reheated and poorly so. The food service... has always been slow. On this visit the food was barely warm and just barely edible. Our service was lackluster at best. It'sbest to eat elsewhere first, then come to play games. Even as an arcade it's barely entertaining as must games are oversized andcostly to play (more a statement about the arcade game industry). With food and games, it's an expensive place for families.Even as an arcade visit it gets expensive, fast. There are better family fun options. Read more
