We recently came the Tatum location for my daughters 11th birthday party and had an incredible experience. It was a busy... Saturday afternoon and we had been working with the events staff to book the party and get everything organized. Unfortunatelythere were some issues on our part and we didn’t finish the process to finalize the reservation. We showed up with guests andfamily and a large group and didn’t have any place to have it! Very stressful. Yamen Sirrieh the general manager was amazingand not only took care of us but he got us into the same party place we wanted to reserve including someone assigned to handleour group and party. He literally saved the day from being a huge disaster. Thank you Yamen and Tristan (our server) so much forall your help and flexibility to make our day a great one! You rock! ???? Read more
A very large amount of games were either out of order/broken or would take your tokens and not start the game. It's very dirty,... one container of sanitizing wipes for the entire upstairs. This place is completely overpriced for what is being offered. $3activation fee for every card purchased, that's not mentioned until right before they charge your card. We were going to add thevirtual reality for $6 but it would have been an additional $3 for activation on a card that's already been activated, are youkidding?! Read more
The food at this place used to be a bit better. This is all just wholesale frozen foods reheated and poorly so. The food service... has always been slow. On this visit the food was barely warm and just barely edible. Our service was lackluster at best. It'sbest to eat elsewhere first, then come to play games. Even as an arcade it's barely entertaining as must games are oversized andcostly to play (more a statement about the arcade game industry). With food and games, it's an expensive place for families.Even as an arcade visit it gets expensive, fast. There are better family fun options. Read more
Its our first time here. ... The ambiance was great. The partitions of bowling, billiard and arcade was good but a bit... confusing when it comes to payment and where to purchase. Seems like disorganized. ... Its not even Jam-packed. We are justlike 5 to 6 groups down stairs. ... Customer service in the sport bar restaurant the was good. Near the bowling Bar ???? wasgood too. But when it comes to bowling she did unexpected one thing that is foul in Customer Service Industry. She keeps askingme I think 3x if l already paid for Bar drinks. I told her 3x as well I did paid them. Then she shouted the at the bartender"Hey, there leaving are they paid?". It made me feel like bad????. Im thinking "whats wrong with this girl ? Is she thinking igonna run away for just 2 martinis?".(funny thing is we already paid for the food, billiard and bar.) She our 4th. So ignoreher. In the service industry it should be discrete in doing things like that. so minus stars ???? ????. ... I just expectedmore for such a Big Brand. ... The food at restaurant was yummy specially the steak and ribs.The ice cream was good but ittastes a bit spicy which is weird. But my son like it. ... Price is on the expensive side if your doing everything food,bowling, billiard and arcade. It's worth it. ... The restroom was kid friendly. It's clean and plenty of room. The kids loved it! We had a pretty good time. It could have been cleaner like the woman's restroom and the floor was sticky in... the bar. It seemed like every table around the arcade had glasses or sticky stuff on them too. The bartenders were nice but theyseemed over worked. I've worked in a restaurant and I know the cues and they seemed like they had no help. But they did anawesome job holding it down and serving everyone. Maybe it's because it was a Saturday night but it didn't seem too busy. We'llbe back because we have little ones and love the restaurants around this location. Read more
Great place with a tons of games that were all in working condition. I was surprised on how good the food was. Service was 'ok'... but she was trying to take care of both the bar and tables. Front desk downstairs was the most friendliest guy!! I think hisname was Caleb and his tag said "he likes to dance" - he really started our experience off right. He has awesome and had theBEST customer service!!! The bathrooms are not clean but that was the only issue we had, everything else was great! Read more
